How to hide apps in vivo for Funtouch OS 9.0 and later:

Enter the Settings > Fingerprint, Face and password (Face and passwords) > Privacy and App Encryption > Hide the app, then you can enable the app toggle to hide it. After hiding, the application will be completely closed, which means that it will not be displayed on the home screen, in the interface of recent applications or in the application lists and will stop receiving new messages.

After using it, remove it from the interface of recent applications or use one-touch acceleration to return the hidden status to the application.

We remind you that the “Hide” application is not available on our phones with Funtouch 3.1, 3.2, 4.0 and 4.5 OS.

How to hide apps in vivo Funtouch OS 3.0:

Tap an empty space on the home screen to open the “Hide” icon.;
Set a privacy password, and the password will be the same as the password for hiding the icon.
Slide the app icon down to hide it.

Please be reminded: Hiding icons is not available in Funtouch OS 3.1 and later (with the exception of V5s and V5 Plus).

How to hide apps in vivo Funtouch OS 2.6 and later:

Click the menu button to the left of the “Home” button, select “Hide icon”.;
Tap on the app icon that you would like to hide, then it will disappear from the screen.

Interestingly, as soon as the application is hidden, it will be completely closed.

This means that it will not be displayed on the home screen, in the interface of recent applications or in the list of applications.

You will also not receive any new messages.

You can follow the above steps and simply delete the application from the list, and the application will be available again.
