The best we can do at a time like this is to boost our immune system because our immune system Is our defense against disease-causing microorganisms.

So here are some tips on how to build our immune system

  • INCREASE YOUR FRUITS AND VEGETABLE CONSUMPTION

When you regularly eat diets that is rich in vegetables and fruits, you lower your blood pressure, reduce your heart disease and stroke risk, you prevent some types of cancer, eyes, and digestive diseases. Diet rich in vegetables can also improve your appetite.

As much as possible when serving your meals, try to let your dish be as colorful as a rainbow by including vegetables such as fresh tomatoes, pepper, onion, green peas, green peppers, and so on.

  • DO REGULARLY EXERCISE

Regular exercise is very important for healthy living, it will help you lose weight and reduce the risk of developing some diseases like obesity, high blood pressure and the Type2 diabetes.

Smoking and Drinking can weaken the human immune system and leave our body vulnerable.

Just as alcohol makes you get drunk and vulnerable, I guess it makes your cell get drunk too.

  • MANAGE YOUR STRESS AND ANXIETY PROPERLY
